The beauty of the rustic and antique of our culture is brought to you by ACABADOS RUSTICOS in a collection of more than eighty pieces of clay products such as roof and floor tiles, swimming pool copings, bricks and special pieces. With our wide variety of designs we will transform your home into the magical and comfortable place you have always dreamed of.

All our pieces are hand made by our experienced Nicaraguan craftsmen, selecting and mixing the clays to the right consistency, following a tradition of more than 400 years.

The clays are extracted and selected from our mines, and mixed carefully to offer you a unique piece in its texture, color and durability.

We add water to the clay untill we have the perfect consistency to allow the pieces to be chaped in the mold
The roof and floor tiles are manufactured by hand using wooden and metal molds.
Each roof tile is produced individually and is placed on the ground for a period of three days, allowing the sun and the wind to cure and dry it.

All hand made pieces will have slight variations one from the other, and some may even have the footprint of foxes, chickens, cats, dogs, and other animals that inhabit the region. This gives our pieces a very special and unique look.

In order to preserve and improve our enviroment, we have planted over 200,000 trees to be used as fuel in our firing process.
Each piece is meticulously placed in our specially designed kilns and fired up to 1,000 degrees Celsius for over 96 hours.
Our pieces come in the most beautiful shades, from light yellow to dark reds, and many with flashes.

We carefully pack each and every piece in pallets which are then transported in containers to their final destination.
